We reserve 2 males and 2 females from each litter once we have bred. After that we will put you on a waiting list. We cannot guarantee all reservations for litters but can move you around to other litters as available. We expect a variety of colors and coat types although expect most puppies to be a mixture of mommy and daddy.

We always reserve the right to keep one our puppies from a litter without reservation.
Your puppy will be ready to go home at 8 weeks of age. You are able to come to the ranch to pick up your new puppy or we can schedule shipping if you are a long distance buyer. If you are a buyer from a different country it is your responsibility to look at what the puppy needs to enter your country.
After nine weeks of age we will happily board your puppy for you for $30 a day until you are able to come pick him or her up.
Deposit: We require a $500 deposit to reserve your puppy. The final payment is expected anytime before you pick up your puppy or before he or she gets shipped to you
No visitors are allowed to see the puppies in person until 6 weeks of age due to health reasons. (They will have received their first vaccinations by then.) When you come to visit the puppies please do not go to any pet stores, parks, or places where unvaccinated dogs might be! This help us keep all of the puppies healthy.
Deposits are non-refundable. Please make sure you are completely committed to creating a space in your life, family, home, and especially your heart before sending a deposit. If your situation changes and you will no longer be bringing home your puppy- your deposit will NOT be refunded. If full payment of your puppy has not been received by 10 weeks of age, we reserve the right to resell your puppy to another loving family but your deposit will NOT be refunded.
ALL of our puppies are sold as companions only, therefore puppies will be sold with limited AKC registration and each new family will sign a commitment to have your puppy neutered at an appropriate age.

You are also welcome to send a money order or personal check- (returned checks will be assessed a service fee.) Please contact us for information on where to send these. You will be placed on the list depending on the order your money is received.
